Hotel Bookings
* All hotel bookings, once confirmed, are non refundable and non transferable.
* Standard check in and check out timings are governed by the respective hotel’s policy.
* Early check in and/or late check out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, payable directly to the hotel.
* Any modification or change in hotel after confirmation will be treated as a new booking and applicable charges will apply in full.
* Hotel rates are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is formally confirmed.

Air Travel
* Airfares are subject to availability at the time of booking and confirmation.
* Any changes (including date, name, routing) or cancellations are governed strictly by airline policies and may attract additional airline and service charges.
* Mandatory documents for ticket issuance:
* Domestic Travel: Valid Aadhaar Card
* International Travel: Valid Passport
* Name correction requests must be raised within one (1) hour of ticket issuance. Requests received thereafter will be subject to airline rules and charges.
* Airline schedules, fares and flight timings are subject to change without prior notice.

Visa Services
* Visa processing timelines vary by consulate/embassy and are beyond our control. All documents must be submitted strictly within the advised timeframe.
* Visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the respective consulate/embassy. We act only as facilitators and do not guarantee visa approval.
* Visa fees, service charges and processing fees are non-refundable, irrespective of visa outcome or unforeseen circumstances.
* Urgent or priority visa services are entirely subject to consulate discretion and availability.

Tour Packages
* All tour packages, once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Full advance payment is mandatory to confirm any tour package.
* All quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
* Travel vouchers and final documents will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.

Taxes & Price Revisions
* Government taxes applicable at the time of quotation are included in the package cost.
* Any change in government taxes, levies or the introduction of new taxes before or during travel will be borne by the client.

Payments
* Payments are accepted only via NEFT / RTGS / Bank Transfer / Cheque / UPI.
* Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
* Any applicable bank or transaction charges shall be borne by the client.

General Terms
* All rates and availability are dynamic and subject to change until confirmed in writing.
* Any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes or events beyond our control shall be borne by the client.
